I drive by So Cal Logistics airport everyday to go to work, and have seen these guys flying around in the mornings quite a bit.
Kind of a startling sight if your not expecting to see one!

The MQ-1C is the Army version of the Predator. Photos taken on 9/11/2009 under the watchful eye of General Atomics security. ;-)
It looks like the El Mirage facility is strictly Army these days. The USAF and other agencies are used the Gray Butte facility a few miles away.
