Help! Aligning Text In Center? A BB Code Newb Request!

I need help with the BB code that allows you to align text in a certain direction. Like left or right, or center.

Collaborative writting purposes .

obviously, you use [ instead of {
you can also click the little box above the reply box, next to the underlined U
