Did Hillary miss her monthly courtesy call from Obama's Make You Feel Useful Czar?

I know a plan exists to use mobile land and sea based missiles but, is this what she is talking about?

I wonder if Israel agrees with Obama about the threat of Iran, doesn't look like it.
