Thats a good concept.

As i read somewhere else: "Don´t threaten their lives, threaten their jobs".

If no one is there to "govern" the "government would simply collapse under its own weight.

And please, please, please, if any Germans read this, or people who have knowlgde of German laws and statutes, and are savvy about how to pull this thing of here in Europe(Germany) contact me immidiatelly (also seeking info about STRAWMAN redemption here in G.)

For some time now, I have debated people as to why we, as americans, just aren't suited to a socialistic form of government. People have asked why we can't have socialized medicine. Why can't we have a socialized system, here. I try to explain that we are americans. It's just not in us to do that.

I just started coming here about a month or so ago, and this site never ceases to amaze me, or cease to keep me on such an "awakened" level. I have been slowly working on prepping my family for the eventual offal hits the oscillating blade scenario, and this will be a great motivator.

The "Sovereign Citizen" thing has been demonized to death by TPTB and the ADL.

In the eyes of the government and many sheep out there the "Sovereign Citizen" is a white-supremacist, gun-nut, paper terrorist, physical terrorist and a threat to the "American way of life" (whatever that is now).

Every week some "Sovereign Citizen" gets his door kicked in by the feds and his property confiscated and his freedom taken away.

Wanting to be left alone in America is a sure fire way to get yourself killed by the government. Just sayin'.

Yes, I have been searching for something that only needs an individual to start this. If one person only sends this it may not work too well. I have been hearing on MSM channels mumbles about it. If they try to take anyone to court on this imagine what they say. But sir, constitutional law does not pertain in a situation like this.

It is a trap, if they try the cats out of the bag. I am not being a slave any longer. And if I can help the masses so be it.

Thanks for the compliment. I myself have never received direct help from the government. Except of course for the student loans which they screwed me over with. And schooling and roads are local matters paid for by local real estate taxes and fuel taxes.

And hell no, I do not want their help, intrusion or chains. Just leave me the hell alone. Try your social experiments on your kids.

Nice idea, but where it may fall down is when push comes to shove. Part of claiming sovereignty over something infers you also have a legitimate monopoly on exercising violence to protect your sovereignty. The state has the power to exercise violence upon its subjects backed by its legal system. You can declare whatever you want, but unless you can back it up with violence then it will fail - the state (or incumbent sovereign entity) will not act in a kindly manner when it can no longer levy it's taxes...

Please understand I am referring to violence here in the context of police/armed forces/militia - not random acts of aggression.

Good point. That is why the declaration to all of my representatives. They have failed in their duties to protect my rights so I am giving them notification that I am taking them back.

Damn everyone of those videos I have either seen or have gleaned the info from other sites. I have gone over this before-not this thread-the PTB made a mistake. With 20% of the workforce at home poor what are we doing? We are absorbing information. And what we are finding is not to are liking. And I believe a lot of us are not the normal sheeple. We had good jobs and are intelligent. Are learning curves are going exponential and we are getting pissed at what we are learning. Also the trolls, disinformation agents and provocateurs are having the opposite effect of what was intended. Thanks for commenting and peace be with you.

Whoa there! I am with you in intent, but please investigate filing a Notice of Understanding and Right instead. That way you keep your driver's licence, (under protest, to keep from being harassed all the time) and you can still draw from the SS trust if you are injured. I have done this myself, I still collect social security, I still have a driver's license, and police do not bother me ever. If they do, and I go to court, I stand on Freeman principles and know what to do. Never hire a lawyer!

I think your post is one of the best in the political relm on this site. I can't even begin to tell you how sick I am of republicans and democrats. I want to barf everytime I see one on T.V. just spitting lies out their mouth...

Because we are governed mostly by UCC Law, (Commercial Law/Contractual Law) What this movement and these people are saying is actually true. The problem with this though, is that it is damn near impossible to not enter contract with the corporation of the U.S. or the Corporation of Canada when you have just about any dealings with them.

From what I understand you will not receive any document stating your sovereign status. You can live as a sovereign amongst normal people being a person of the land. A living being, living on the land.

Except.... That if you want to do any commercial business at all, you are then subject to UCC Law, Commercial Law.

So don't go thinking you can renounce your commercial status and become a millionaire businessman.

It is more a state of thought than a status. And you must be very well versed in Law (Common Law) to make it work for you. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people trying to use the sovereign/flesh and blood defense in court and they are getting their behinds served to them on a platter.

In court, acknowledging the all capital version of 'your name' is enough to enter contract in UCC Law. Also, making any type of plea or acknowledging the court in any way brings you into contract. I've watched so many videos of people screwing up the process it just makes them and the whole movement look ridiculous.

The truth is, is that these people are right. And nearly no one understands what personal rights and freedoms are. They can't differentiate their commercial identity to their human identity. You are a human being, not a person. And under common law a human being can not enter any contract whatsoever with an fictitious entity. (Corporation, person, etc.)

Every wonder why your name is in all capitals on all documents and contracts?

Regardless of these facts. The people that go for this defense are going to be ramrodded by the government to the fullest extent. And unless you studied Law for 20 years you don't stand a chance in hell.

The best you can hope for is to be that crazy guy on the end of the street. What you really need is a revolution, one that made people realize they have rights. The problem with that is that under UCC law and the current economic system it pays to support it. And everyone is taking a payoff. 'Who cares if certain people don't have fundamental freedoms as long as I'm getting a check every month.'

Just remember, The US, UK, Canada, Austrailia, are all corporations. All have Law built from the same foundation. All have free constitutions that have been warped and ignored.

Read over that last part again ... CORPORATIONS. What do corporations do? They make profit. They are business. Your politicians are members of the corporation, they in turn do business with the business community. The police, department of motor vehicles, the ministries, everything, no matter which one of those countries you are in are 'for profit' organizations. When was the last time you saw a corporation not trying to make money?

The police are security for the corporations, they are not police for the people. Statutes, Acts and so called laws are only apply to commercial dealings. But because the way we are set up we begin commercial dealings from day 1. You are not a human being you are a person. And there are benefits and major drawbacks. The people should know this, they can sell out to the idea, but everyone should at least have the choice.

This sort of thing has (as usual) been around for a while in the UK.

It's a legal term known as 'Lawful Rebellion' and was granted to the people of Britiain under Magna Carta. Essentially it allows the people to exercise their right to govern themselves - and in our case in the UK - to reassert the common law defended by the monarch.

All you need is a notarised legal-practice to draw up the papers for you, sign it, witness it, and hey presto you are no longer subject to statute law (roughly). Common Law still applies as this is a universal creedance.

I have read like 5 250 page books in the last 10 days, still absorbing. Yes to just give your name in a Corporate court can mean you have entered into a contract. Your social security card-ever notice it is in capital letters? That is because their is two of you-one a free man-one a corporation. I have been living outside the realm for so long. Now I am going to do it right now. I have had it with the tyranny. It is only a step away. I am working on a thread-helps me put all the information together, that will outline the basics.

Their are no constitutional courts anymore, the first time I go in their, I am going to freak their minds.

Actually you are close, but incorrect. No lawyer is required. If you do that you are falling into another contractual agreement. You must file with all of your local, state and federal representatives. Am still working on the info. They made it hard, but my brain is like a sponge. Star for you and thanks for commenting.

If you can do it, the more power to you. I would suggest having it taped and then release it to the public. So far, the only successes I have found have been wiped away from the internet. People need to see this actually work before they believe it. The people have chose to have the government think for them. (AKA Statutes) They let the government do everything for them. There are no free thinking individuals anymore, but if you can do it than I say good luck and god bless. I am not in the position to, but I would join if it became a realistic cause.
