sept 20th = nuclear attack
sept 21st = asteroid impact
sept 22nd = tsunami
sept 23rd = plane crash
sept 24th = martial law
sept 25th = another nuclear attack
sept 26th = the ice caps melt
sept 27th = series of tornados that destroy Washington D.C.
sept 28th = 9-11 revelation
sept 29th = end of the internet
sept 30th = solar flare that cooks the atmosphere

Stay tuned for my Oct. predictions!

LMAO! I just choked on my bagel reading this.....I must stop reading ATS when eating, some of you guys/gals crack me up!

To the OP......I doubt anything will happen. I think the entire time I have been on ATS which is less than a year, there have been numerous "predictions" like this and none have come true. If something does happen well then I eat my words but highly unlikely.......

From what you said before that, you might want to focus on that bagel ... for now

I'm as neutral as it gets. The only problem I have with the explosives theory is the lack of noise. I know the whole scene was loud and crazy, but I feel like the amount of explosives that would be necessary would be very audible (and even more visible). There would either be hundreds, if not thousands of loud cracks and booms or, if synchronized, one immense explosion.
I'm no expert and I certainly do not look to debunk or confirm either side. I'm merely a conscious individual doing some rational thinking.

Sorry dude, you might be under your covers for the rest of your life. As soon as this fresh batch of predictions get cold a new batch comes right out of the oven...or people's rear ends. I feel sorry for the people that are truly gifted or have some real information that could help us all. So much to wade through.

Why the use of the word "Freaky" in the title? Is this prediction any different form any other earthquake prediction?

Just my 2-cents

I think I remember reading a prediction out there on a web site that says a major earthquake will happen today in San Francisco. I think it was on some prophecy web site.

No, it didn't have anything to do with Nostradamus.

If the webbot didn't predict it, i'm not buying it!!!

at least it is put in the right forum, so i will be checking the USGS site regulary to see if this prediction will come to pass....

What's the timeframe again??

Peace

Touché!

Well, it is early afternoon on the west coast now and so far things are nice and quiet! After the Sept 2 quake prediction I think that it may be fairly good odds to predict a quake based on the moon/planets if you know what you are talking about. This prediction is interesting because it take all planets, sun and moon into account which is a bit more complicated than pinpointing a full moon.

I guess a little less than 12 hours to go before sounding the all clear, eh? Now, since this prediction is based on gravitational effects of celestial bodies, how accurate is the timeframe? Is it one of those deals where the alignment in question happens to be happening today within 24 hours and then the risk is gone, or does it happen over a period of time?

I'll admit I know next to nothing about astrology/astronomy...

RIGHT NOW (today), there is a major planetary conjunction involving the Sun, Saturn, Mercury, and (New) Moon.

Two quakes in or around Baja today...

www.iris.edu...

This is a great EQ monitoring site...refreshes instantly and full of good info...
Might help to do a little quake activity searching to go along with the predictions.
I generally follow the monitor instead of the wolf crier.

Odor Across San Francisco

Perhaps there's a connection?

Is there really an odor? Or is it the pre-quake magnetic field wreaking havoc on your brain making you think something smells? Also check the sky for strange rainbow like features or cloud formations, you see something like that get in your car and haul ass!

[edit on 18-9-2009 by reasonable]

the article is from last month though...i don't think that the odor would happen that long before the actual earthquake.

Your a Goro Fan too huh? I knew there was another person on ATS that followed him.

Ooooh, I'm all giddy and stuff.

Many will and most likely are ridiculing you right now but I wish I could convince everyone how spot flippin on this guy is all the time.

He doesn't usually make such a bold prediction though. He usually just gives the context and time frame it will happen in.

Edit to add: I misunderstood the OP. Goro didn't actually predict an earthquake (didn't think he would). He just said it would mirror the Sumatra quake. Like I said before, he usually pinpoints the context and date window in which it will happen to a "T" though.

People on ATS should really read more of his stuff.

To be fair, it was the OP who made the "prediction" based on the info given by Goro. Goro never predicts exactly what will happen but he's always been right about the context and date (with a one day window, give or take).

I wish I could explain it better but this guy basically has a very creepy gift of being able to see the big picture and has "cracked the code" if you will to the patter of events that happens here on Earth as is influenced by astrological events.

Yes I am a fan. He said he wouldn't be surprised if there was an 'earthshaking' event that happens right about now.

aww with that much advanced warning i am sure the nutballs are feverishly trying to figure out how to claim that a major earthquake is just a false flag created by the government.

Now if he could predict the fault and location of the epicenter, and do it accurately, then maybe, but just a blanket prediction of an earthquake in California is not really that remarkable.

Hopefully(not really) it will hit San Francisco.THAT will give Pelosi something to actually cry about.

But with my luck it will hit here.

That's okay, I like to rock and roll.
