7,000,000 and no one noticed?

OH that really bites,

its just a number, in a few months you will see another thread like this .

Then we will shift into another dimension, be prepared, if that is possible, which it is not, just prepare yourself for the preparedness.

That's the amazing thing for those of us that have been around for a time. When I registered there was 3600 members. We get WAY more posts in a day than we had members back then. It's something that ALL OF US have accomplished. We got here TOGETHER!!!

I would argue that the increase in the number of posts, and the fact that congress was on vacation in August and back in September, shows that the stats are greatly influenced by discussion over politics.

Do we have a breakout of # of posts per forum?

Don't take it to personally that nobody noticed SO. What with all the great content ATS has to offer and our ever increasing media portal full of video, pics, and audio.... We have so much going on here that members are likely to miss milestones such as the 7,000,000. post.

So WOOHOO and hooray for ATS. Best darn site on the internet....(Now only if I could get paid for surfing it)

Another thought... Does anyone actually visit the home page? lol I only go there if I accidentally click the mysterious sidebar link. Otherwise, I use my favorites to visit myATS and the Firehose. Easy to miss the stats that way.

Sorry man, I was too busy taking a zillion pics at the Reno Air Races for Semper and the boys... As soon as I wolf down a couple hot dogs and a coors light or two, I'll upload them.

I do believe a zillion trumps 7 million.

Okay, maybe. But I try to keep it civil.

I only got in trouble with a mod once and even that was pretty minor. (?)

Anyway, what's the ETA on 10 million?

Wow seems like just yesterday........ ATS posts alone nearing 1 million ............. Almost 2,000,000 posts for ATS! 3 and 4 got skipped then there was 5 MILLIONTH post countdown! Your predictions? then Just days away form 6,000,000 posts!!! just this past April.

Will this be one million posts in less than a year? Impressive

The Above Network LLC is not "a website" though.

It's a company that owns several sites with the traffic pooled together.

ATS is a website and we currently sit at 2182: www.quantcast.com...

I don't look at total posts, not sure where it is. But I've always look at ATS alexa ranking, since I have the firefox add on, within a few months or so, from about 5800 to about 5400, now at about 5000. A very fast increase, but it's only a change in traffic, everything else seems "pretty normal" to me.

I'm very happy for the owners of the site concerning this milestone; be proud of an excellent site.

I am extremely happy to have the privilege to be able to post here.
