It may be that nothing happens at all, that it will be just like Obama said: strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.

We are talking about worst case scenario in those states that have passed legislation that is a direct violation of human rights.

Wow. This thing has grown some legs since I last checked in.

Neat.

Red, yellow, blue, green, triangles, double helixes, it doesn't matter. If they start this in Mass. I'll be wearing one in Utah.

I suggested if I am forced to be vaccinated and/or wear a government supplied wristband with RFID technology I will willingly wear a Star of David armband in protest. MikeRussellVS suggested that we post this thread and encourage others. What do you think? Suggestions, please.

I think the idea trivialities the Jewish Holocaust experience and is in the poorest of taste and sensibility...since you ask.

"poorest of taste and sensibility" - What else do you expect from a socialist Canadian, eh?

seems us crazy ATSers aren't the only ones who are bold enough to start comparisons to the holocaust.

i'm willing to be open minded and know that its very possible its just a fear and will never come to pass...but it COULD and it may. and i don't say that with a lack of understanding, i don't believe anyone else here has/does and i honestly don't think MTV did in this commercial either.

Forgive me for suggesting that MTV is not going to be my arbiter of propriety...on any level

anyways...
i don't like the yellow :/ just because it reminds me of lance armstrong and supporting the troops
and isn't a pink triangle for lesbians? regardless...strange.

It's not about religion is it? Or sexuality? It's about how you perceive victimhood. Gays were also victims of the camps. So is the rights issue equivalent to their rounding-up and maltreatment as well? Can you wear the Pink Triangle to make your vaccine point, instead?

Just as long as it isn't a red maple leaf.

Did anybody give any thought to the fact that by displaying arm bands, in any color, we are again idenifying ourselves as those opposed to the vaccines and against the government? (I've found that most people opposed to the vaccines are concerned about the intent of the government and questioning the "current leadership" -- but i apologize if that's not the case.)

While I agree that there should be something done to let TPTB know that we are not in favor of yet another government interference in our bodies and health, I'm not sure if wearing something that shouts -- "hey, here I am -- the one that thinks you are poisoning us all!" gives them what they ultimately want -- those that lay down and obey versus those that don't.

Perhaps paranoia has won this one, but I'm not sure....

Hi Johnny!

*waves*

I was thinking a black triangle IF they should actually go and do something this grotesque.

Our lovely DHS solicited a proposal from a company a few years back to make RFID shock bracelets for us to wear on airplanes. The US seems to be very big on things that shock you, as witnessed by the on the rise incidents of cops tasering anyone that seems to be refusing to sign a traffic ticket.

Funny tho the videos may be (yes, I did laugh at a few because I'm awful) this is just not right.

Our proverbial screws in this country have gone loose.

EDIT: You asked a question about pink triangles...I wouldn't care what color triangle, personally, but the black triangles are actually more symbolic for our little efforts because they were for "everyone else".

I won't wait for what seems to me to be inevitable to happen. This weekend I will buy an American flag patch, some black stretchy cloth and have my dear daughter sew an armband for me. Black with an upside down U.S. flag sewn onto it. That will suffice for me.

I'm all for protesting the bracelets. I'm in agreement with you about the dangers of RFID tracking technology and what could happen if it gets out of hand. I'm just not sure how some people (probably older generations) will take the armbands, especially if they aren't privy to what's going on.

I think it's important to note, too, that nothing definitive has happened with these RFID bracelets yet. Sure, it's possible that it's a test run to see if the entire population could some day be fitted with an RFID chip, but we don't really know that yet, and it's likely too early to tell. I know, I know, if we wait too long it will be too late, and yes... you may have a point. But you have a much better chance of getting people behind you in a protest when it's clear to everyone WTF is going on.

Just my thoughts. I'll step out now...

If they make vaccinations mandatory where I am,(the whole you get the shot, we give you rfid/bracelet or you go to the concentration camp scenario) I will wear a black sling around my torso in protest. Of course that black sling will be attached to my AR-15.

Indeed, and if anything does turn out to be mandatory, I'll be the first to protest. The day anyone FORCES us to get vaccines, let alone to wear a wrist band to prove it, is the day I will GO OFF (non-violently, of course.)

I just haven't seen any indication that this will be the case as of yet.

Fantastic idea. Lets find out once and for all just how many slaves there are.

This is something that an certain Roman senator warned about...

I shall never have that metal bracelet on me, nor will I wear a yellow armband, not because I am against it it is because I will be dead or a freedom fighter/ terrorist (Take your pick)

Ya know, if we all get arm bands, and put RFID's in them, then we can track each other.

uh. . . . . oh. . . . . .never mind. . . . . .

That's true. My proposal to make fake bracelets that are almost identical to the tracking ones would serve a dual purpose. On the other hand it would make it appear that you're one of the sheeple who has taken the shot and on the other hand it would screw up the 'tracking'.

Okay, if we are all in a sort of agreement that black is more appropriate I am going to change the thread title...yes?
