Glad to see other game enthusiasts are speaking out on this worrying trend. I would like to ask any of these fuddy-duddy commission people why they feel it is reasonable to ban violent video games when movies and porn have free reign, no matter how violent or sexual in nature they are. Like others have said, I'm sure the "think about the children" card will be played a thousand times. Funny, because we are asking for an ADULT classification standard which would not allow the sale of the games to those UNDER the age of 18!

wow i didn't know that, maybe i should switch then.... but i like iiNet, i was even thinking of getting BOB

Actually if anything iiNet is the safest carrier to be on at the moment simply because they refuse to give in to the PTB. I don't mean to sound like I'm hyping up iiNet but I have never ever had a problem with them. I have been with them for 2 years now (have the top plan on Naked DSL) and they recently upgraded our connection to 75gb on/75gb off and sent us a BoB router for free hehe.

If you go to Whirlpool forums iiNet has a couple of representatives who inhabit those forums answering questions and troubleshooting. There are many threads on the legal battle if you wanted to look at them and see what iiNet has to say about them straight from the horses mouth.
