ACORN Announces Reforms After 'Pimp,' 'Prostitute' Videos

ACORN said Wednesday it will stop any "new intakes" — essentially closing its doors to new clients — until it completes an internal investigation prompted by the release of four hidden-camera videos that show workers advising a fake pimp and prostitute to lie to get loans for a brothel.

"As a result of the indefensible action of a handful of our employees, I am, in consultation with ACORN's Executive Committee, immediately ordering a halt to any new intakes into ACORN's service programs until completion of an independent review," ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis said in a statement released Wednesday.

After hearing awhile ago that using "gate" in naming a scandal are all but gone...

Along comes Obama's PimpGate. No telling whether or not all of this ACORN scandal will make it to the top but it sure seems as though Obama was closely tied with ACORN in many ways.

Accepting huge contributions. Stating to ACORN & SEIU members in a speech that ACORN and SEIU, both, will both have a seat at Obama's table after he's elected.

We all know what happened when he had friendly relations with Rezko. Or Van Jones et al.

I don't know... but it's starting to look like anyone close to Obama with any questionable actions/ties/views that is brought under the public eye gets thrown under the Obama Express (bus.) Even an organization as big as ACORN will likely find themselves under multiple buses.

All because of PimpGate.

Actually, I think this is great news for Obama. It means that he no longer has to repay that organization for their assistance with helping him get elected.

Another bonus to this whole debacle, is that this group was funding who knows how many sub corporations. These sub corporations were the talk of many conspiracy theorists that believed in the youth brigade being used against the people. I'm glad ACORN finally is investigating. However, I think it is a bit too late for them.

Yes Obama is the cause of all our problems in the world today....

He broke the laws of political physics for the first time in recorded history because he's a commufascasocialist, and when those three are combined they're known to create the Antichrist/terrorist/Hitler/racist/old people killer.
And his czars must be different from Reagan's and Bush's czar's, they have no oversight whatsoever and they're gonna go ape$hit on America, they're gonna force abortions and make men kiss and fornicate in public. Obama is going to lead a bunch of 17 year olds into the streets of America to strangle your grandma and grandpa!!!!

For real though, you guys woke up, but on the wrong side of the bed. Everything isn't a conspiracy and this doesn't compare to how Bush stole the elections. Obama was very popular with America, we thought he was something new and would boldly lead us into a new generation of America we'd been hoping for. Turns out we were duped, again.

The actions of Acorn with this "pimp-gate" scandal fail to meet even the smallest criminal acts accomplished by our government itself.
So please stop focusing on just the Obama administration and expand your view a little. Your looking at the trees, but not the forest.

And i'm pretty sure there's a 70/30 chance that someone will reply by shouting democrat/liberal before they get to the end of my reply.
