Every year after the deer season, about 40 of us get together and make sausage, hot dogs and bologne. We get together at a bar in a small town in WI.
We pool our money and get the spices and pork(moistness and flavor). It is a great time. We have a huge smoker. We also get together at other times of
the year to make Sauer Kraut and also canning both meats and vegetables. I think more communities need to do this, unless of course you like things
like aspartame and MSG. Thanks for the vid.
