What exactly is "post-discharge reinforcement"?

Also, if you can't afford to buy coverage you will be placed in medicaid. Be very afraid. Here is a little known provision of Medicaid that they don't tell anyone:

States must pursue recovering costs for medical assistance consisting of:

* Nursing home or other long-term institutional services;
* Home- and community-based services;
* Hospital and prescription drug services provided while the recipient was receiving nursing facility or home- and community-based services; and
* At State option, any other items covered by the Medicaid State Plan.

Thats some scary stuff! Obama needs impeached, house and senate need impeached. Is there any way to freeze all legislation coming out of that cesspool? What can anyone do?
