GMT time shown in Settings Wrong and can't set timezone, page 1

When I go to [Member Tools]->[ATS Settings] the site shows the GMT time 5 hours behind what it should be.

I also can't sent my timezone, when I press submit it changes to something else.

My time zone is GMT.

I have to agree. I just went to my profile settings at 3:20 am PDT and it said GMT was 5:20 am. My time zone setting in the profile is set to GMT -8 so something's not adding up right.

I also dont get it, my timezone in South Africa is supposed to be GMT+2. At the time of posting this the time here is 12:38pm. On the settings it shows the time as 4:30. ???

Heh, I'm *always* in Kabul. Why friggin' Kabul?! Why even have that setting if it's always wrong?

same here, i'm GMT+2 and when i set this and click submit, it for some reason changes to +4:30, Kabul

I've never been able to set mine right either but it's never really bothered me in anyway to be honest I don't even know what it is used for .

Definitely broken but is it important?
