Pittsburgh's G20 Summit

September 24th & the 25th, Pittsburgh will living through history and so will it's residents.

The G20 summit is being held in downtown at the convention center. President Obama was originally going to host the event in New York City, where it would make sense to hold such a thing...

But due to some circumstances, the summit has been moved here. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Today on the local news, I saw the headline "Pittsburgh welcomes the world."

It's also welcoming disaster. We all know how the Summit in London went down.

Over 80,000 protesters are estimated to show up.

Tuesday

On Tuesday, September 22, Pittsburghers who are opposed to global destruction will be gathering in Friendship Park (from 5:00pm to 7:00pm) to share food, music and conversation. This is not a protest; this is a chance to directly tell our story of the world for which we’re fighting.

Wednesday

On September 23, the night before the Thursday mass action, at 7:00 pm, there will be a spokescouncil meeting for information sharing and coordination at our convergence space, located at 4374 Murray Ave.

Thursday

Meet: Thursday, September 24 at 2:30pm, Arsenal Park (40th Street & Penn Ave.) in Lawrenceville.

n Thursday, September 24, Pittsburghers opposed to the G-20 will hold a mass march in recognition that the summit is much more than a simple meeting.. The summit is a big deal because governments, global financial institutions and corporations are putting out vast sums of money, prestige and media to make it important. This huge media-driven spectacle is intended to lull the public into believing that everything is fine, that the world should continue on the same basic path it’s been on, and that it’s perfectly reasonable for a few people and companies to hold vastly disproportionate power and decision-making rights over everyone else.

This is a chance for all of us to unite and protest in a peaceful manner. However, there will be violence and there will be blood.

I suggest EVERYONE in the Pittsburgh area to make their way to downtown (if possible) during the Summit and protest.

Of course there are lol.

Perhaps the NYC connection is that the UN general assembly will be
meeting on the very same day (24th). I had also heard that Obama
will be chairperson for the general assembly. Not 100% positive on
that but it still sounds like a very bad day for our National Sovereignty
at any rate.

As a reader of ATS, the night before 9-11-09 I made an evaluation of the swine flu that shook me to the core.

In short...the G-20 meeting is to be used for a transfer of weaponized swine flu/vaccine........!!

First.... google g-20 security..... a de facto martial law.
This led me to ask why Pittsburgh......why not Las Vegas....?? At least the G-20 could drop a few billion $ on the casino's there.....LOL

Question....is UPMC Media Center the transfer point into or out of
for weaponized swine flu/vaccine through diplomatic pouches for a worldwide pandemic, or a 911 type bio-warfare attack on the USA.

Keep in mind that a 1% reduction in the US population, (which 4% of the world utilizes 25% of the world's oil) could reduce the world oil consumption by 10%!!! This would setback the alt-energy field, and free up oil for the BRIC counties.

Also, if developed in a deep abandoned Pittsburgh coal mine, could be easily contained with a few explosives.

Thoughts....we have motive, resources, and timing....

"It's also welcoming disaster...." I don't think so, they will just make it a felony to stand in the street, problem solved. This is America, we protect our right to have a large function and not have it ruined.
