Mortars Fired into Iraq Green Zone during Biden Visit

I'm not too up on everything going on in Iraq so excuse me if my question is stupid. How much action does the green zone usually see? I would have figured a place called "the green zone" would be a safer zone. Don't know how big of a deal it's all going to be.
