This is a heads up for those in Paris France. A bit off topic but I will be in Paris Nov 9th - Nove 11th. I have never been to Paris before. If there are any ATSer's from Paris I wouldn't mind a U2U with some pointers or where to go for the best nitelife. Thanks in advance!

anyone interested in an update on whats going on with the secret society. a few interesting tidbits have come up recently. But if no one is interested I will not bother posting them.

I say post anything You have on them , because even if people do not seem interested at this very moment that does not mean this info will not be very useful to somebody in the future.

I am confused, I thought I saw something saying "group making preparations".. What preparations? If they believe that people will convert to energy then money and possessions will be worthless... What kind of preparations would be remotely useful if they believed that?

The only preparations that would need to be made, would be within at the spiritual level. You are correct, money and other things will be of no use at all.

So... people are watching this group which is sounding more and more like a hippie meditation cult because they are making preparations for an event that will make paradise... What separates this from any other religion? Why should anyone care about what they are doing?

"Spiritual Preparations" Does not sound sinister, unless its some weird eating-children while listening to Britney Spears and inhaling cheap incense.

The implications here are: "Quasi-sinister group has (not-so) secret intel which = world-wide extinction.. no, strike that, world wide spontaneous evolution to an ascended state. And they are preparing somehow (In this case the visuals are things like, hording medicine, weapons, food, money etc. etc.)".. Now ignoring validity of belief of whether 2012 is real. What possible reason is there to care about this group?

If they believe everyone will change into this astral-state/energy state. Then, whats the point of spiritual preparedness? It sounds like they think its going to happen no matter what. If it is some positive preparation-I have not heard of any rich groups suddenly becoming uber charitable for reasons other than tax credits...

If 2012's proposed evects were true according to what was expressed in this thread: No preparation would be useful. Aside from possibly some ritual fetish. This hardly even seems like conspiracy worthy anything.

It really seems more like an effort to drum support for another new-age self help book on 2012, similar to those "What to expect in the year 2k" pamphlets.. I might just be a bit cynical anymore though.

Okay homework. Everyone should look up Newtons Laws of Physics.
I see starvation, volcano erruptions, earthquakes, storms, and diseases,
and possibly an ice age emmerging. That's my best intuitive guess.
