Will knowledge about trauma-based mind control ever hit the mainstream textbooks?

There have been hundreds of documented accounts of CIA trauma-based mind control such as through Multiple Personality Disorder. Question is, will it ever be talked about as openly as the Holocaust is talked about now? Will school ever teach this as a matter of fact? Will the truth about it ever come out to a larger audience and the perpetrators brought to justice in an international tribunal?
