UFO at Washington Rally on 9-12 ?

After reviewing the rally footage from AP, I found an anamoly on the video that
they had posted.. View the footage below and you tell me what it is.

It flies fast so keep your eye on the sky from left to right at the top of the
Capitol building. The object appears to be mostly round with metallic properties.
Watch at the 9 second mark in this video.. Freeze it if you like along it's path,
and you tell me what it could be. The object appears to fly behind the top of
the Capitol building, and also behind the church tower on the right.. Unknown!!
You tell me what it could possibly be!

It looks like one of those World War II Foo Fighters.
Small round sphere.

Yeah... if you pause it several times along its path you can see the wings go up, and the wings go down. Definitly a bird...

After further review I agree.It is a bird.It just seemed very fast to me to be a bird at the apparent distance it is at.I guess I just had my hopes up that the Aliens were joining the tea party rally to assist in the cause for Freedom and Liberty!LOL!!!

Its a bird, during the inauguration speech there was also a bird that flew by and was called a UFO.

Birds like to throw a curveball to UFO hunters sometimes.

They need to shoot that damn bird. He's always getting into videos at the Capitol and taking up bandwidth on websites thinking it's a UFO. Remember Obama's inauguration?
