well... they DO represent america. many americans who travel gives us that bad name.
every foreigner ive ever met has only said bad things about americans.

Man, I would hate to have met all the people that you've met! Here, as I encounter people in Germany, and they find out I'm American, they think that it is the coolest thing ever and they have only good things to say about all the Americans that they've met. They even say that they want to visit American a lot of the time. =O

Yes, I try each and every day to just be a normal guy and not a "spoiled brat".
but what ive seen is that many times the ones ive met who have moved to america move back to their country very soon because it isnt what they thought it would be.
and then wondering why a crowd of pissed off Aussies just put him or her in hospital.

Yeah, that can happen to anyone who moves to another country. Research is a good thing to do before a big move.
