Wasnt sure where to ask this. I saw a special on CNN and they interviewed a shop owner who claimed he is taxed by the government. I understand that the state just passed somthing...but does anyone know for sure if the federal governemnt taxes these shops sales?

i'm not 100 percent sure but i would venture to think that they have their claws in it. lot of money to be made there you know
