You're kidding about this, arent;t you???? Did you actually see any photos from this event or are you just shooting off your mouth with juvenile (that means immature, childish) attempts at insults?

The people I saw were work hardened and fit, except for the elderly and they looked pretty good for their ages.

Your nasty insults are the reason this land is on the verge of civil war. You ought to think about that before your next insult.

You see, the other big thing about today's crowd is that it represents darned near the entire hunting, gun-owning, military combat-arms/specops and police demographic of the US.

Little pimple faced boys, lacking a date on Saturday night who kill time with comments on Wapo (or ATS) are a very small minority of, well, about zero statistically speaking.

Oh yeah, I'm here because my newborn son is up having just finished his bottle. Tomorrow, after church, I head to the range to site in my AR-15 and .30-'06 before my week on the road, earning the substantial living an Ivy League management consultant earns.

"Fat red necks" indeed. Your ignorance is astounding and would be worthy of a slap to your face were the stakes not so chillingly, palpably high.

Most Neutral numbers are coming in at over 1 million.
The "official" number I heard Beck say was 60 thousand.
Pretty big difference.
The closest one I heard, put 10's of thousand at the capitol building, with over a million in the Capitol.

it doesn`t matter if your state is communist, socialist or capitalist, what matters is the percentage of productive population that build things versus the consumption and non-productive people. What you need to do is to stand up and look around, and shout- I can not take it anymore! Why there are no factories anywhere? Why America doesn`t make things? I am mad, why the nation that once walked on the moon is now sitting in front of their zombie tv sets playing playstation? you have to get mad, and shout, why the hell every thing you take in your hands that is made by American companies is either low tech or low quality compared to oriental companies? Get mad and ask why on earth dentist costs zillions , and so does insurance, and so do taxes. Competettive capitalism can only work if there is , well competition. Once the principle of healthy competition is eliminated the system turns into bloodsucking monster. And competition is only where there are substitutable items. That is how you get a dollar coke bottle but 1000 dollars dentist visit or property tax.

Dear God, do you actually believe that nonsense????? Have you left campus yet? I might cut you slack if you believe this and are under the age of 21. If you are any older, then you need to get out of the basement more often.

It's because of Liberals that you even have a right to protest.

Great turn out. I'm surprised. Maybe the good weather brought alot of wafflers.

I also noticed the predominately white crowd too. I looked very carefully at the photos embedded and Obama was the only minority I saw. Not sure what that means other than most middle class are white.

Asian tourists really do carry cameras around their necks in DC and take pictures of everything.

Actually, we want the government to abide by the Constitution.

War spending got us out the the internet bubble recession and the hit the economy took after 9/11.

Unions drove American jobs to the 3rd world.

The vast majority of the wealthy in America became wealthy through hard work.

Yeah, we've heard it all before. Unions, not profit hungry corporations in search of slave labor moved the jobs to the third world! War spending is fine, but healthcare is communism! And hard work pays off unless you're say, a middle American Union Worker trying to support a family. If that's the case, you're a bum right?

Give me a break, buddy. We have the greatest income and wealth gap in this country since the great depression. They're waging all-out class war on us and it's getting very, very old.

Alright folks, lets stick to the topic which isn't each other.

It's an interesting discussion on who's numbers are correct. Lets not ruin the thread with the partisan stuff.

Yeah, that's about what I expect from Bill Maher.

Question: if Maher, Emmanuel, Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the usual suspects despise Americans so much,

WHY DID THEIR GRANDDADDIES COME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE?

To become Americans? Or to grab as many American dollars as they could before being imprisoned or deported?

My forefathers have been in America since the Massachusetts Bay colony of the 1630s. They invented America! I have had it to my eye balls with immigrants and the children of immigrants insulting me and my people.

There is a limit to how much abuse a man can take and let me tell you: the limit for this Mayflower Society/Huguenot Society/Son of the American Revolution is about here.

Of course, civility is one of our inventions too, so why do I expect it from foreigners come here only to take?

Still a far cry of any kind of meaningful number in this day and age.

Pretty meaningless if you ask me.

Could you let us in your joke? It is a matter of fact that Socialism is not American, and it should never be part of the Republic....

Where are you from btw?

What was your take on the participation of minorities?

Wow. You do know that white skin, or what looks like white skin to you is in fact also part of many minorities?...

My skin is white, yet i am hispanic... Not to mention that there are women with white skin, as well as other minorities with white skin...

Not to mention that yes White Americans are part of the Republic of the United States...

Wow the shock... people with white skin being part of the Republic of the United States.... What have we become?....

Guys, the people who felt compelled to participate in this march did it because of their convictions and what they believe in.

For whatever my own observation is worth, I did not hear, see, or feel an inkling of racial or any other kind of prejudice manifested.

Yes there was frustration in the message, but it was singularly directed towards the government and to a lesser extent the democratic party.

For today at least, race wasn't an issue.
