The little peanut is my housemate's favourite too. He was quite jealous of such a cosy arrangement especially now it's starting to get cold

Dear little kids - they're lovely.

My last little rodent pet was a white hamster, she was such fun. I used to buy a big bag of nuts and let her spend the evening storing them away in her many hidey-holes.

Did you mention having chickens in one of your posts? I had a stroke of luck last week - my neighbour asked us to look after his four chickens while he was away on holiday. I never knew how cute chickens could be - I'm in love.

I do have chickens. 5 of them and they are awesome! We kept them in the house until they were about 5 and a half weeks old and my kids were always handling them so they are extremely friendly. When I go outside they come up to me and wait for food. they eat right out of my hand and they love raisins. I can hold a raisin up high and they will jump for it. they are really cool pets.
