You, sir, are and have been 100% correct in everything you have said in this thread regarding the bugs in Youtube's software. All the errors,
including the "cancelled ratings" complaint are well documented in the help & support forum on Youtube, and have been for a long, long, long, long
time. Years, in fact.
Time for some folks (not you, Sonic) around here to do something called "research". Don't believe me, go look for yourself.
And actually the "cancelled ratings" complaint is just the browser cookie expiring after a set amount of time. A user does get only 1 rating to use
that counts, but after a while the BROWSER will allow another rating to be given. That does NOT mean the 2nd rating counts. Or the 3rd. Only the 1st
one counts. Capiche,
