To make my point abundantly clear:
If your reasoning were true then you would see about all of celebs getting paranoia and schizophrenia. That's not the case. Also there are plenty of schizophrenics out there who have never been famous and never ever seen a paparazzi. Just because in your boyfriends dads case that was the factor that triggered it doesn't mean it's the cause.

just being famous could trigger paranoia. just being an actor could blur the lines of persona.

the vultures circling could only make it worse.

sounds like your boy's dad could use some professional security consultation... as in an armed sentry, or bodyguard.

i agree gravy,

when someone is placed in abnormal living conditions, it CAN and many times DOES change you.

ive seen this happen to many of my "famous" friends while i lived in Los Angeles. their views of life were very warped and they hated going outside or doing anything really.

some celebs DO like to be caught in photos.. and those are the ones i dont know, nor would ever want to know.
