I trained in with ACORN a long time ago -- back around 1994. I went door to door in the "ghetto" -- the "black" part of Minneapolis, the North
Side. The low income members of ACORN were to pay, after a hour-hour sit down introduction meeting, 5 dollars a month automatically deducted from
their account.
So the low-income members were already paying quite a bit of money -- for them TOO MUCH in my opinion -- so that they could be member-organizers
themselves of ACORN, a sort of ponzi pyramid scheme of power.
Still ACORN members did do some excellent activism -- protesting the big corporate banks in town and some of their political connections.
I support ACORN -- entrapment is a serious issue in the underclass culture because it's a fine line between survival and being in jail.
Whenever the economy gets bad in the U.S. there's ALWAYS a spike in racism against the black underclass -- the economy is what leads to racism and
the distribution is so skewed towards the elite right now that the middle class are
"kicking the dog."
Hence the elite right wing attack on ACORN with entrapment or "sting" operations to show how part-time under-educated desperately poor people handle
a "hot" situation.
I'm not defending anyone -- there's a lot of scum out there but let's remember that WHAT FLOATS TO THE TOP.
Here's the REAL child prostitution tax evasion scandal:
www.youtube.com...
The Franklin Scandal -- led by a black Republican and his Republican elite cronies.
I'd say this is really a patriarchy issue -- but "sex black mail" is a common tactic used by operatives to control D.C. and in other countries as
well, John Perkins discusses this Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.
BTW I'm not gonna watch this video but the comments were fascinating since I was able to know the context of the video and its overall content.
