US voices bomb fears as Iran submits nuclear proposals

news.yahoo.com

VIENNA (AFP) – Iran may have enough nuclear material to put together an atomic bomb, the United States said Wednesday, as Tehran submitted proposals to resolve the international standoff.

While the head of the UN nuclear watchdog sought to downplay fears over Iran's nuclear programme, the US envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Tehran's enrichment drive was moving closer to "breakout capacity".

So now the world is holding their breath on this one. Iran has submitted a proposal that will most likely be reviewed at the G20 summit with talks if/when they happen most likely starting in late September/early October.

Iran 'Closer' to Nuclear Weapon

Reports are now flooding the internet about Iran's nuclear capability. So depending how these "compromises' on Iran's proposal are seen, then maybe we'll make some progress and avoid a showdown. Israel is eager to strike before such a thing is attained by Iran. Hopefully the rest of the world can hold its reigns back until some progress is made.

Israel will take care of the problem when the time is right. They will be publicly condemned by Europe and the UN, yet all the countries in the region and Europe will breath a sigh of relief, as they did when Israel bombed the Iraqi nuclear facility in 1981. Obama will, or course, try to play both sides of the fence.

Lack of Evidence Over Iran ‘Nukes’ Alarms US
Though there appears to be virtually no evidence that they have any inclination to do so and considerable evidence to suggest they aren’t currently doing so, US Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Glyn Davies is now accusing Iran of desperately trying to retain the ability to hypothetically create a single atomic weapon if they chose to do so at some later date.
