I would relate this to the actual day of 9-11

I was on the Brooklyn Bridge late for work, if i had taken the train I'd have been under the buildings

there is no reason... many like to spew about inside knowledge, but a 6 figure number of people chose to show up late or not at all in Manhattan that day, myself included

My best friends mother quit a very lucrative job just 2-3 weeks earlier citing premonitions, no one was on time, almost no one the Bridge was packed with pedestrians strolling along... LONG after they should have already been on the job

How did everyone know...why pick that day, you know you get fired... if you do that allot

I was on a temp call, my income depended on being on time, it meant a few weeks work...

and I wont site any foreboding, something inside just told me to not give a damn about it that day

There does seem to be a feeling of something big coming.

Gold topped $1,000 dollars today. Yesterday the U.N. called for a new global reserve currency standard like the SDR to fix the "broken confidence game".

I'm not an economics guru, but it seems that investments in gold and commodities are a good way to hedge against currency devaluation. Perhaps there is something to the rumors of possible bank runs/holidays this fall?

Furthermore, Obama has asked the Senate to increase the Nat'l debt cap to $12.1 trillion dollars. Is this just fiscal irresponsibility or another pointer to serious trouble for the dollar this fall?

Of course, we also have the statements from DHS, CDC, and the rest of the globalist alphabet about explosive pig flu death this fall, and it seems as though I remember them specifically mentioning October.

And then, we have Israel's deadline for Iran. There is no doubt, at least in my mind, that Iran will stand its ground on the nuke issue and Israel will not hesitate to strike. WWWIII? Perhaps not, but it's hard to imagine another war, started under the pretext of "weapons of mass destruction" where said weapons aren't actually used.

I've noticed some stories popping up online about Al-Qaeda and the possibility of another massive 9/11 scale strike.

Anyways, I don't know if some sort of take over is planned for this fall, or if the nanny state is really trying to protect us, but I think preparedness is absolutely the answer.

The real question is though, will cash even be viable? There are several issues here given the economic situation...

1: could we even survive economically any disaster, swine flu, terrorism, biological even another Katrina?

2: what would it take from the outside to cause this? A single biological attack would be taken as another 9-11 even if it wasn't our governments doing, If Obama was killed how would we react? This is PRIME time for an enemy to strike

3: Our currency situation could force war at any time if China or almost anyone else major really bails on us we are economically at the mercy of at least several nations...

4: war could be forced upon us in the middle east, there are multiple powder keg situation we couldn't contain if this happened in the world

#2 I agree, prime time for attack. Outside or inside, a biological attack or any other would probably cause panic with a little help from the media.

#3 I don't know about war but certainly the feared 'bank holiday which would cause panic which could be met with military control.

#4 War in the middle east would be our choice, imo, at this point. Our choice would be to get in the middle of it.

My concern is more what may happen on our own soil. Be it monetary, citizen uprising, biological or nuclear. Something is up.

We have not seen conflict on our soil since the Civil war.

the fact that this comes at a time when gun control is in full swing is also no comfort to me.

We have completely lost track of how to survive and be prepared, not all of us but most.

It's hard to even imagine how the multitude of people who have been promised hope and more money in fields like teaching or been promised health care will react when far the opposite a complete dry up of bank and state and federal funds happens if it does...

On a bright side I could see this ending up with a 360 degree turn back among Americans to self governance, self reliance when said and done...

but the in between can't possibly be pretty

Yes,

I am not one to jump on conspiracy theories, often in life things happen as a reaction to other things and it's more like weather than an actual conspiracy.

desensitization in a day and age where we are bombarded by the media and the tv and the internet and music and live in crowded places and the news makes it's money on fear

yeah, we are all desensitized

That is why I post this is a warning, because we have so much to sort through and there are those of INTENT to keep us from seeing the real and this time, this time I think bad things might really come our way this year.

Don't know if this means anything or not but Feb, 21, I think, could have been 22nd ( I posted on a thread), I woke up with a deep foreboding of something coming down in America.

I drifted off again and awoke with a personal foreboding of dome.

The next Sat. the 28th , I awoke crying and my personal dome came that night. That was 7 days later as I recall.

Dreams are very odd things, it could be a simple as Taco bell or it could have a basis in reality, only you can really ascertain for yourself which it was... a simple bad dream or a premonition of sorts.

I don't think anyone really showing up late on 9-11 actually aside from a few had any specific sense or fear.

And what i did have I had before in sensing things that could harm me, like a general avoidance or lack of desire... a feeling that can't be described, but it's almost a lethargy... a non feeling, not a sense of doom or gloom but an overall NAW... I don't wanna...

Could this be in spite of what might be coming this fall as you say? To make sure that as many people as possible have health care providers? In preparation for attacks, disasters, who knows what...

This is some pretty scary stuff it its true. Hopefully were all just a little to paranoid around here, but ill be prepared! And I certainly agree that because the government is telling us not to be scared... we'll be fine.. and such, that something may actually be imminent. As to what specifically might happen, I wouldn't know where to start...

Really lets look at this, 2012 Marks the END of a calender, we are all hyped up, lets say it's not even a conspiracy... The last 2 Millennium, world wars, the dark ages, the death of Christ

It's been a pretty stinkin backwards time with death fear and trauma and stupidity in this major escalation.

What if 2012 isn't the Start of some awful catastrophe what if we are living it and these last 2 years here are the WORST and 2012 marks the calender end because this is when this cycle of violence and stupidity actually ends.

The worst of it is due to start right now, with immediacy and end on Dec of 2012 marking a new age

Mopus, kudos for compiling this information and sharing it, however ...

If I had to stock up every time someone on ATS said "the end is near" I'd have nothing but supplies and fear.

Of course now that I said this it will in this case come to be and the survivalists will be eating my plump rump as an entree ... still I choose to live without the permanent fear of doom and risking cannibalism rather than being prepared but in a state of constant stress.
