What sort of a society do we live in that allows this sort of thing to happen?
These children are just allowed to run amok, with no or little consequence,

I tend to agree with the notion that parents should bear more responsibility for the actions of their children, but don't think that applies in a case like this. This kid has a psychological disorder.

It is awful, but there is nothing you can do with a kid like this other than lock him up for the rest of his life.

Many factors responsible for this including Sex education for 4 & 5 year olds.
And teaching about homosexuality too.
The parents of this younger generation are also a mixed up permissive bunch.
Rings in their belly button and hip high pants to expose it, and G string bathing suits.
Every prime time TV show has overt sex talk and acts too.
So how do these kids learn morality?

When I was 12, I had no concept of sex...
I just wanted to hunt, shoot and go outside with the adult men and imitate what they did... How they stood and such...
I was really into sports too, but not girls...
There is something seriously wrong in the wiring of this kids head and I hope he gets help...
