Strange UFO's leaving 'trails'

An interesting video i found, just uploaded to Youtube today. The first footage i found the most interesting, with large objects leaving small trails behind them, looked almost like a giant moving flame in the sky. The second video depicting a recording from India was also very interesting. See for yourself.

Is there really a point in flagging but not offering an opinion on what you saw?

I wouldn't mind hearing some opinions from others, especially in regards to the first clip.

First part paragliders or small deltaplanes with flares. Second flare drops. About the shuttle footage, did i miss it or there was nothing there.

If i remember correctly both have been discussed on ATS before.
