Maybe Icke is not so crazy after all

www.independent.ie

DAVID Icke is widely pilloried for his claims that the world is controlled by a secret group of powerful people which he calls the ‘Global Elite’ or ‘Illuminati’.

He says that this group operates at a level higher than most national governments.

Surprisingly, the result of the Lisbon referendum was rejected by our own government and the European Union. Mysteriously, the Supreme Court’s recent ruling in respect of the Zoe group’s receivership appears to have been ignored.

I dont think Icke is crazy. The only thing that may make me question his sanity is the reptilian idea he puts forth, but hey who am i to judge.

I think his ideas about a secret government etc may be closer than the rest of us might like to imagine.

Shame its such a small article but you know the worlds going mad when Icke gets called 'not-so-crazy' by the independent.

Yeah if he never mentioned reptillians I think he wouldnt be viewed as a nutcase. Unfortunately alot of people wont take him seriously now, to be honest I have a hard time. Guys like him and Steven Quayle have good points, but once they pull out the crazy reptilian/Giant stuff it gets too wacky!

The article did nothing more then share an unsupported opinion of the writer.

I was hoping that there was a "reason" for the writer to title the piece "Maybe Icke is not so crazy after all".

If this article is evidence of the writer's first step towards "grasping" the world being controlled by a wealthy circle of "elite", then I am proud for the writer. Its nice to see some people coming out of the perpetually apathetic state of "common duuuuuuuh".

But does this add weight, credibility or substance to Icke and his space-lizard theories?

The article was a waste of time.

Much like this post.

Those thoughts did pass through my mind as i clicked on the post button, but this is a conspiracy/alternative based website, and i thought maybe a few people may appreciate hearing that MSM is reporting on this kind of thing, however insignificant it may seem.

Ya think? This guy, has been at it for years trying to wake us all up. He's still at it. Thank god. Someone's gotta do it, and I doubt many have the cojones to do it like Icke.

So what about the Reptilian connection. Is everyone so scared that they can't even begin to form this idea in their heads? It's a big universe, and there are bound to be other forms than glorified apes living in it.

No, he's not crazy, he's not even imaginative. He knows exactly what he's doing, and it has made him a very pretty penny. There are so many scientific issues he just IGNORES while ranting about reptilians. And all his followers have to show for it are YouTube videos with jpeg compression errors.

We know there's a Global Elite. We know they meet regularly and discuss policy, essentially controlling the world. We don't know why. And everyday I watch what is happening around me I see things coming unglued. Including their power. I'm betting there's a lot of personal agendas, even within this Group of Elite, to keep it at a purely human level of affair.

There are many who would prey on the suspicions of a few well-informed people. But being well-informed does not necessarily mean being immune to deception. While Icke is a relative late comer to this information, it should be noted that he drew upon the writings of other authors far more credible than he. America and the World has been repeatedly warned of the power the Global Elites are amassing, as we have consistently ignored it, used it as entertainment. We've ignored all the messages. JFK, Eisenhower, for most of his career-Ron Paul. We've even ignored our own Founding Fathers, as much as we use/twist their wisdom to advance personal political agendas-We NEVER stopped to hear what they were actually saying.

But it is because we ignore these things that charlatans like Icke can do what they do, and always be defended by some poor, well-meaning, but uninformed soul, and some not so well-meaning.

Question your own beliefs and where they come from.

Icke's not crazy imo, a lot of what he speaks is the truth. None the less he might be a puppet for someone or a group of people, you can never be to sure.

People think of Icke they think reptilians and stuff, not actually about what he's saying. If more people listened to the other things he's got to say I am sure many would believe he is 100% sane.

I can see how one can think that. I really can. But I have decided otherwise (perhaps 'decided' is too strong of a word) on the subject of "mainstream" media reporting on "conspiracy" subjects.

As I see it, the entire mainstream media (on all fronts) has switched to such things in the last 2 years. You can't get away from it.

I am ledgend, District 9, 9, History channel, 2012 everything, remaking V, Alex Jones, Socialism in the news, Nostradamus, web bots, Lou Dobs, Peter Schif, Gerald Celente, The human continuity project, GI Joe, Watchmen, War of the Worlds, Disclosure projects, tv shows all about surviving cataclysm SO FORTH and so on.

I mean...perhaps we should all start being shocked when a stream of media "doesn't" attempt to sell towards the audience of paranoia, fear, and conspiracy.

Surly, a network or publication that "didn't" lean towards conspiracy theory this year, would be an oddity.

Buzz words, catch phrases, icons and movements.

Its all part of the system and business as planned.

Now if you will excuse me, I am going to go youtube Glenn Beck reporting to one of the largest viewing audiences in the history of our species, telling the trusting public that he has decrypted Illuminati symbols in the art work adorning the walls of the Rockefeller building in Newyork.

YOU ARE BEING CONDITIONED.

Snap out of it.

You could well be right, but to what end? It confuses the hell out of me trying to think about the why's and if's.

If you go up to the ordinary person and ask them if they believed the government was run by an elite group of globalists they would surely say 'huh?'.

My buddy didnt have a clue about any of this stuff a week or so ago until i informed him on the possibilities and he still isnt interested in the information, doesnt really care.

Oh, I know that some people here think that he has some good ideas, but come on... Reptiles? If the Queen is a reptile, where does she put her tail?

Utter clap-trap.

I agree: maybe he's not crazy after all: Perhaps he's just some victim: perhaps someone dropped strange stuff in the water that he drunk, and this is the result. I think he's responsible of some 15% of the garbage being spreaded in the field of UFOlogy + other strange stuff, and what makes me feel angry is that there are MANY 13/14 Y.O. that can take his garbage seriously, it happened to me to know some, and it was almost IMPOSSIBLE to convince them that what they were believing was pure CRAP. The guy should be BANNED from every serious website, radio, tv station and so on, crazy or not.

All of the people who talk about global elite have some far out idea of who the elite really are.

In my opinion it's done so people won't believe in a global elite. Have somebody talk about them but then add something that is just to ridiculous to be true. This only makes everything they say carry no weight.

It's done to keep people from believing it, not to make people believe it.

If you already know the truth, you know they are speaking "some" truth. If you don't, you won't believe a word of it. It's all part of the game they are running on us.

I don't think David Icke is "crazy".
And to simply tag and dismiss him as "the space-reptilian theory guy" is too easy.

There's no question there is a ruling elite pulling the strings in this world, and it's not just because he's saying so...
Many people are doing this...

A good deal of Icke's work is derived from Jordan Maxwell, an american "researcher" on the subjects of simbolism, secret societies, bloodlines and all...

To "tag and dismiss" him is the easiest thing to do.

Peace
