Fate Magazine in trouble? About to stop publication?

I know alot of you probably like magazines like Fate like I do. I read it for years, and recently (past few years) the magazine started publishing every other month instead of every month. I guess this was to save on costs. Well I was looking for the current magazine in book stores recently and havent seen it.
I went to Fate's online home and am a little disturbed by the news.
Here is what I was greeted by:

FATE has been published for 61 years and FATE will continue. We are currently reorganizing and re-evaluating how we can best serve our readers. The print version of our July-August issue is delayed, but we anticipate that it will be published soon. In addition, an E-Issue (PDF) version will available for downloading in our brand new online store.

Probably just a sign of the times, print media getting pushed out, in part by sites like this. I bet they go full online and scrap the print version.

Its because of folks like me and the younger generation . I never read magazines anymore and I have never even heard of "Faith" publication before. The age of internet is changing our way of living and how we receive our info/entertaiment. A lot of print companys are going to pass away.
