Exactly the same empty rooms just Skeptic and Djarums etc but "unknown Errot" pops up on log in.

I dont go in there hardly but I am sure some people use it a lot.

Mutter doesn't require anything, just go to "recent posts" on BTS (same log in as ATS) and look to the right side bar.
