From my understanding I will say no. The people that stay mean will not even have a "consciousness shift" as you put it.

It would be hilarious if it werent actually true that many are believing that a lot of people are going to somehow die in a flash when others are going to go "BING" im evolved now.

Flip the coin once in a while and look at whats on the other side.

Open your eyes as your playing right into the hands that bite you.

We are in the 'shift' or 'transition' now and alot of people will come together in a calmer, more loving frame of mind (and heart) in the next few years.
This is a tough hill for us all to climb.
As we shift, we are not liking it but we'll get a bit nicer as time goes by I'm sure.
I read some interesting stuff on that psychic site recently (that made me think about this shift we are in) regarding kids being let go who are being held hostage-loving that!
It makes me happy to know some moms will have their babies home soon.
Can you imagine spending 18 years thinking your child was dead to have her come home?
And don';t forget about how she talks about women being involved. Whoda thunk?
I've had a reading by this psychic once. She was quiet and really nice and not dramatic.

It's a vague term used as a catch all for the new version of the emperor's clothes. People will be pretending to "resonate" and extend into new dimensions until their attention falters and they see some other hoax to latch on to.
