It looks like a broken tree trunk and branches. But that is my only humble plucky-analysis so take it as you will.

It's a fake. Someone cropped out the old "demon in the cave" pic and placed it in some trees.

Looks bat like to me who are the people?

I loved photoshopped/fake images the two posted. I wish that there was a thread dedicated to them.

Anyway it is definitely a photoshop. The "creature" just doesn't fit in with the environmental factors of the picture (lighting, etc).

Well at first it reminds me of your other thread here but after i looked at the pic and scaned the area inside the red circle i know it is fake.
