First, I have all the full spectrum lighting installed in my home. No problems. The lights seem to be hotter than regular bulbs so maybe the summer is not the time to put them up. I have some 48 inch fluorescents from Phillips and 100 watt incandescents from GE (dimmable). Got them at Home Depot. Have a number of high efficiency 18-23 watt fluorescents I got on the internet ( not dimmable). May help some with the natural production of vitamin D.

Recently sent for a bunch of Vitamin D supplements. 5000IU.

Have been experimenting with oil of oregano. Seems to be OK and could be helpful, but it can't be used for pregnant or breastfeeding women, infants, young children, or pets. Seems to have analgesic properties which is good since I had to discontinue Ibuprophen due to tinnitus. Was taking it for chronic back pain.

Looking in to getting some black elderberry extract on Ebay.
