Hold on, did you all actually read all the article, he Will no be let into the general population in the womas prison, he will be held in confinment, to safeguard other prisoners with that prison, and also for his own protection.

Sadly it does not matter what crime you commit, you still have basic human rights under the EU. Thanks for that one Labour Government! Nowadays prisoners are treated alot better than the ordinary citizen in the UK, theres irony for you!

What the hell has that go to do with it? Why should he get any special treatment because he has gender issues?

He should be in general population in a mens prison but thats what he is... a man!

To be honest I'd like to see him in general population in a womens prison, as I said before maybe the women can get a little revenge in defence of the poor sod he tried to rape.

Check the EU Charter on Human rights, that has something to do with it, if the dude wanted to walk about wearing rainbow colours in prison, and they refused him fromdoing so, this would be a breach of his human rights, see the stupidness of it all??

The uk should rehtink the signing up of the Human rights act all together.

I hear what you say, Death_Korn and agree but as Laurauk stated the UK is subject to the European Human rights act which gives every freak, nutjob and non citizen the right to live as they want rather than in line with our culture.

And even if at the next general election, every MP who supported the European Human Rights Act lost, can you expect a Tory Government to say No to the EU on this?
