My thoughts were that this smells very fishy, *if* the NY plan was the OBL present, then I am surprised there were not secondary cells running similar plans alongside the primary plan/target timed to go at the same/similar time. As the risks of being caught running a single plan are quite high especially once a present was announced to the world.

The threat on Germany, unless it is code for something else, just seems to be a token.. but how can it have the right meaning when the initial present doesn't show up..

My gut tells me something is not right, but I am unsure of what it is.

Yes, I agree, I just wrote that on the other thread. This was a mule group. The nuclear material is still out there. Cat and mouse, mouse and cat.

Germany is a cell that is primarily trying to sway elections. AQ deals in seperate negotiation as The West is not one unit or connected. That's more indication of AQ's desire of world domination and one world order. They are collecting seperate states one at a time.
