We were so many things

But how soon have we turned into emptiness

And from all those endless afternoons spent far away from the world

How soon have we lost all their beauty

And who cares if we once promised each other eternal happiness?

Today, when looking at our eyes, only memories remain..

I am not sad, i just have my sad moments mostly, just a though about something or someone long gone from my life.. gotta live and learn, i like to live, the good and bad parts, all make me feel happy now, when looking back..

Nice. Very nice. I'm not sure, but I think I can relate. I like how it's so detailed, but not at all. That probably doesn't make sense. it could just be about so many different things, but I know it's not. Very nice.

Thanks for your comment, i actually think you got pretty close to what i was feeling when i wrote that, everything and nothing at the same time, kind of like, it could be about anything, but right now, it is about what i feel, just a taste of life..

This reminds me of how I now feel about an ex-boyfriend. Sad but with good memories too but there's really nothing there anymore when we see each other.

But I could also relate it to other things.
