that answered a lot of my questions on HAARP. i think. either way i know more than i did about half an hour ago. if anyone else doesn't know a damn
thing about HAARP weaponry check it out. it's pretty good.
I really couldnt tell you... All current "official" information regarding HAARP is now being put out by the University of Alaska (the navy
transferred administration in order to give it more credibility as a research project). All other HAARP facilities are officially denied to exist.
