Glenn Beck's taking on Rockafeller

Glenn Beck is frickin' clown. I'd like to know what exactly Beck thinks Rockefeller's politic alignment is. Is it is communism, as seemingly indicated by the two men? Or is it fascism, as indicated by this Mussolini-related sculpture?

Maybe Glenn should read up on history, 'cause you can't be both.

Now, I'm no art critic, but I doubt Glenn Beck is as well, but the "hammer" looks to me like a shovel. Take a look:




A quick look around the internet shows that others agree that it is a shovel. Furthermore, the pieces are called "Agriculture" and "Industry". It was made in 1932. What do you think was important to this country at that time?

Next is Youth Leading Industry, made in 1936. It was in this year that Mussolini had begun to fall out of favor with America, having become involved with the Spanish Civil War and the invading of Ethiopia the year prior. Before this, we really had no problem with Mussolini. Probably because he was anti-Communist.

That is my point... Alex may have been saying all the same stuff for the past 20 years but look at how the MSM paints him. A crazy. I love Alex Jones. I think he is great but he dosen't have the same stage that Beck has. Glenn Beck doesn't want to lose his stage. Weather you like Glenn or not he is still shouting from his stage.

Glenn Beck is artistically illiterate.
I make my living as a professional artist my work sells internationally.

Those illustrations are merely a crude attempt at the art deco style of 1930's,
it's a style in many movie houses and public buildings created throughout the US in the 1930's.

The men in these bas-relief carvings are crudely done and lack the sophistication
of a great artist like Michelangelo. What's with the triangular hairstyle of the
sickle holder-it looks really rigid and repressed. The whole sculpture shows
a repressed anal-retentive style that borders on repressed social realism that
some artists of little or no talent adopted during the 1930's. You are what you
focus on and Beck focuses on this because he is one repressed anal-retentive miser
who lacks joy and compassion.

Farm implements like a sickle were common on small farms that could not afford
combines in the 1930's. That is how people harvested wheat before combines.

Beck is just fear-mongering to cowardly know-nothings who look for any excuse
to blame their own unhappiness on someone else. If Obama does something right like
help feed the poor or help schoolchildren does Beck or Alex Jones report it?
Of course not. Their schtick is fear and loathing. They are bought and sold prostitutes
of Republican corporate cowards who lack compassion for those who are less well off.
When have any of these Satanic hell beings helped anybody who is poor?
They are misers-hence they are miser-able-their mentally is miserable because they do not
have any hint of the wisdom of compassion-the source of a joyful life.

Actually i think its a hammer...
If you compare it to the wheat where the other man stands, you can tell that the plant is at a suitable length so you can tell where the ground stands. Plus, if it was a shovel wouldn’t they make it more obvious instead of having it buried into the ground?

Though many of you may not like this guy he is in someway contributing to the awakening. Cant knock him for that.

Why is Glenn Beck even relevant or even mentioned on ATS? He is a complete corporate tool and really annoying. Anyone see the chalkboard lecture he gave? More scarier than seeing a fat kid raid a buffet table.

I watch Jon Stewart. That is my news source.

Jon Stewart is just as bias as anyone (he's a staunch liberal), which is what makes his "the most trusted man in news" all the more troubling...don't get me wrong, I watch his show, and he's funny, but it's not really "news," and people need to start separating his show from news. His show no more a news show than The Tonight Show is a news show. He has some good points, but so do people like Beck (conservative), Maddow (liberal) or even O'Reilly (conservative) every once in a while. I say kudos to Beck for revealing some truth that has been ignored, he probably is doing it mostly for money...but who cares? So is everyone else, at least Beck admits he's "right leaning" unlike the slime on MSNBC: Olbermann (who just says he's just "an American, not a liberal; HAH) and Matthews (who was a speech writer for Jimmy Carter). You can't write someone off just because they are "MSM," I HATE HATE HATE Keith Olbermann and even that a.sshat has some good insights at times. I'll take the truth when and where I can get it, it's a rare commodity in the current news world...

Regardless of many of the critics of Glenn Beck, I've always enjoyed his shows, and I've been watching it ever since my mom introduced it to his radio show a few years back before he gained his slot on cable television.

While he has from time to time seemed a bit off, the vast majority of the things he presents are a thousand times better than those purported by everyone else in the media. Lately, I've absolutely loved the program and the increased focus he's been giving on the Czars and their terrible policies and ideologies.

I haven't yet seen the show on Rockefeller yet, though I plan on watching it sometime tomorrow.
