Im not sure but the second picture looks like theres something being lauched upwards just a short distance behind the school. I don't know the location or how close to Isreal this building is but considering theres nothing but these pictures just have to leave it as questionable.

I dont care who's side it's from these children are dying because adults cant negotiate peacefully. these are just babies. all children belong to the creator and should be loved and nurtured. Not caught between squabbling nations.

The children were inside the building. It seems from the picture. CHildren are precious. This is just unacceptable.

Hamaz launches attacks from schools and such in hope that is where the counter attack will come.

Since they don't care about anyone, they get a win-win.

If no counter attack they win.

If anyone is injured by the counter attack, they use it as propaganda.

Sadly, some people are stupid enough to fall for it.

Most people, including me, do not understand why Israel is so eager to grab that land. Why is it so important to them?

If the Jewish people are so powerful and wealthy why don't they move to a better place and leave that land to the people who are there?

Why do Jews want that land so badly???

Killing children for propaganda, SICK SICK SICK. I rally hate being human sometimes, cause all i see in the human race is greed death hate anger violence and fear. Where is the beauty to lie and why does it seem anymore that it is being buried under all this politicalgovernment BS?

The locus around the "Holy Land" is a Gordian Knot of hatred, intrigue, treachery, greed and geopolitical imperatives way above and beyond any local frictions. I don't see a solution to this as long as all the energetic forces focused there are in play.

After all the oil is pumped out of the desert sand will Arab and Israeli sit down in peace? One would hope so. The search is for what will make them do it. Israel is willing. Some Arabs are willing, but most are not.

For Israel, victory could come in the form of some compromise. The Arabs have already compromised in many back room and under the table deals with Israel. That spirit has to filter into the street.

They used to say that there was no segregation in the United States after dark. But it still took a long time for enough people to acknowledge the facts, to make a difference in the daytime.

This all played out in January of this year. At first, Israel denied the use of white phosphorous. It is apparently particularly atrocious stuff. It's supposed to only be used as a smokescreen, (which was the assertion of the Israelis when they finally admitted to it,) and banned for use on civilians.

They admitted that the white phosphorus hit a school and promised to 'open' an investigation. This was all six months ago.

Killing children really sucks. Using white phosphorous on civilians sucks.

War sucks.

We have, throughout history, adopted 'Conventions' and 'international laws' that are designed to limit the atrocities we commit against each other in the heat of battle.

Shooting paratroopers on the way down, torturing prisoners, incendiary devices on schools...so many things have been covered with these lame attempts to 'humanize' war, to make it more palatable.

When countries choose to disregard these 'guidelines' there is nothing that the civilians, or 'collaterally damaged' can do about it.

Some of the most barbaric acts ever attributed to mankind have been committed by nations that are expected to be a little more civilized.

America is raping and torturing as we speak.

Hamas is hiding their war crap among civilians. Others have used Mosques, hospitals, schools. They take advantage of a nation adhering to 'respectable' warfare and operate with impunity.

I don't think there is a solution for this one. It escalates. It's reciprocal.

There will be no peace there.
