Coast to Coast a couple years ago had a guy claiming that you could see the "Face of God", the Devil, an Angel and Christ on the map. Can't find the link right now.

having problems plugging in flat world images or links ..

help anyone?

Most links you can just copy and paste and it usually works fine.
Alternatively you can click the globe above the text entry in ATS and it will prompt you to for a title and url of the link to bbencode the link, but if you're just starting it may be easier to just copy and paste it.

To post a picture, save the picture to your PC. Go to member tools, choose my pictures, then upload picture (you may not have that privilege yet until you make more posts)

If you can't upload it there but you have a url for a Jpeg picture, just post like this to link to it externally:



You can click on reply to see all the code in detail I used to post that link. The key is the img before and after the link with the right brackets and slash to close.

BTW I don't see it as well in that picture of a globe, it shows up better in that flat map on thedailyshow you pointed out!

you are right, shows up better on flat version of world map much better ...

perhaps we are lucky the world isn't flat, a round globe doesn't really depict it as easily, if the world was flat it would make more sense ...

i'm going to take care of some stuff and see if i can't google some flat world maps up with minimal features other than land and water ....

Hey all your links work! Congrats on figuring it out!

I still see it better on the Jon Stewart dailyshow map than anywhere else, not sure why it shows up better there but for some reason it seems to.

it seems to me the more featureless the flat map version is, the easier it is to see ...

and also, i think the backdrop of the daily show might be a slightly concaved or curved, perhaps.

however, it does still appear to be the face of a primate on a flat earth map.

the odds of the most advanced beings on the planet being represented by thousands of miles of shoreline is something worth considering.

could it have once (before errosion) looked more like a primate, our ancestors?

what is the statistical probability, and what variables would one punch into what equasion to figure out the odds???

these are some of the thoughts i have

jon stewart's daily show on comedy central is back on this evening after being off for a few weeks.

if you havn't bothered to take a look, please watch the show and look at the background map of earth, and tell me the western coasts of south and north america don't look like the profile of an ape ....

another thought...

if so large a region could have been formed by someone/something at some point in our distant past .... then could the east coast of america's also resemble something ....

take a look. share what you can see. shapes in the clouds ... or a means of communication meant for us to find in time ???
