See this post in the big market thread LINK on ATS

A Rumor from Washington DC, a large investor who lost 100's of millions while shorting this market, may be filing a Federal Lawsuit alleging conspiracy, and insider trading againt the recipients of TARP funds and the US Federal Reserve. The lawsuit will attempt to prove that Bernarke instructed recipients of TARP funds to invest them in the Stock Market to bring the DOW, NASDAQ and S&P500 UP...

My response to your OP (that I did read) was on page 2. You never responded. No worries...all good by me. I dont expect to be replied to every time.

The next reply to me had something to do with the NWO and how ignorant I ma about what is "really going on"...

Thats fine...the rest of my posts have been directed at kids who think they know what the heck it is they are talking about becasue they go to the top 40 universities in America or whatever...or watched some youtub evideo telling tehm TPTB are ou tto kill them...

You want to call me a troll... no prob by me...But it only shows how closed minded and defensive you are to any thoughts that challenge your own personal conclusions you have made about the world around you...
There is no arguing with poeple like that. Unless you are willing to look at all factors and all sides you might as well be a wall...and no point in responding to you...

The funny thing is I never even said you were wrong or anything. My whole thing has been people need to step outside their conspiracy box and take in the big picture, not just the Alex Jones b.s. people like to spew..

I hav eadmited multiple times there may be some conspiracy by those in high positions or with massive amounts of monetary power that wish to take the worl dback a few hundred yeasr by ofing 3 quarters of teh world population.

I then gave the argument that there are 2 reasons why it has not happened>

Here they are again, in case you missed them:

Either...
1. No one is plotting such things.

Or...

2. The small groups that are plotting such things or would like to see it happen do not have the power or resources to carry out such devastation.

If you want to ignore logic, then fine...live in your sad world of doom and fear...

All the power to you and with all the sincerity of the world I will say to you what I said to the college kid...Good luck!

trust me you can't be ignored. You are just the stand-in for the people we would actually like to deliver a smack down to. but i have a question. Since you do not believe that TPTB want many of our species gone; would it be fair then to assume that you do not also care if they control every option we are able to choose from?

Interesting post. But I have to say this is anything but news. From the start of the industrial revolution in this country power and wealth has been concentrated in the hands of a select few people. When I read the Rockefeller family history a number of years ago (huge tome of a book) there was aquote by one of the early Rocks that particulalry stuck in my mind. He said, and I'm paraphrasing, 'Only the rich should have money. They are the only ones that know what to do with it. The poor will only squander it. Give them only enough to meet their basic needs in order to keep order.'

It's not so much that they are working toward some organized NWO necessarily. Just that they see themselves as a 'chosen elite' class. They feel they are simply different from the rest of us and have been entrusted with managing the wealth of the world.

I'll bet they taste good roasted on a spit.

You have a great insight there. This is somewhat close to the conclusion I have come to as well. It is an imperialistic style of thinking that stems from Roman times to the 18th and 19th century British empires. Its not a new style of thought at all and not exclusive to just the monetary powerful...kings, religous heads and other heads of state have held this form of thinking over there respective subordinates as well.

What is not commonly recognized is that this style of thinking is the "NWO"... not some randomly generated rich people who conspire in the woods every year at the of Bohemian grove site in California...

Unfortunately, threads like these are only looking for one thing. To agree with their concrete conclusions and definitions of their precious "NWO."

Any evidence or argument contrary to this inane belief that the powerful elitists are looking to destroy everyone but themselves will just not due and will go ignored.

Unless your into Alex Jones style scare tactics you won't get through to these kinds of people.

I'm not sure it's as much an imperialistic philosophy as it is a feudal one. The elite keeps all the treasure and the commoners (that's us) do what's needed to keep the kingdom operating. Some things just don't ever change apparently.

Am I saying there hasnt been conspiracy? Nell no! There are conspiracies being played out right in front of our eyes! Corruption? Hell yes, but this one of those things that doesnt make a lick of sense to believe there is some small group of people looking to off the very people who give them there extravagent lifestyles and their extremely oevr the top power. It also doesnt make sense for them to want to eliminate the middle class. These things are necessary for "them" to maintain what it is they are desperate to hold on too.

From my interaction with the ultra-wealthy, they consider the rest of us nonhuman pawns. They got where they are by "stepping on the bodies". From their point of view the USA is played out. "Foreign ownership of U.S. assets amounted to 33% of U.S. GDP in 1990. Today [2002] it is valued at over 70% of U.S. GDP." Link TPTB own the corporations, seaports bridges and roads "The Department of Homeland Security reports that up to 80% of our ports are operated by foreign companies." Link

"Maurice Strong [is] an unabashed advocate for China as the next world power' link and that is the next group these master chess players are going to exploit. The Food Safety Bills and the housing crash should allow the elite to strip the last remaining assets from the US citizens, our farmland, and then they are off to prey on China and India.

It also doesn't make sense for them to want to eliminate the middle class. They want royalty and peasants. Maurice Strong made that quite clear.

He [Strong] told the opening session of the Rio Conference (Earth Summit II) in 1992, that industrialized countries have:

"developed and benefited from the unsustainable patterns of production and consumption which have produced our present dilemma. It is clear that current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class -- involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts of frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work-place air-conditioning, and suburban housing -- are not sustainable...."

Ah, I see, my telling you to open your eyes, which isn't a personal attack, justifies you telling me how I spout nonsense, calling me immature, a motor mouth, ect. ect.. Sensitive are we? You sure post a lot of redundant stuff off of such a small quip. You come off as a sixteen year old who just got a B in history.

It seems to me that you agree with what I said in the post that started your rant. What I stated in that post.

The PTB are not one united front, they dislike each other almost as much as they dislike the rest of humanity.

followed by this statement in the follow up post.

Through out civilized history most of mankind has lived under emperors and kings who held the absolute power of life and death over their subjects.

Then on the next page after your long rants about ignorance, you come up with this.

It is an imperialistic style of thinking that stems from Roman times to the 18th and 19th century British empires.

That is what I already said, except it is a style of thinking that extends all the way back to the Sumerians, and probably to the dawn of civilization.

Your argument against those who talk about an NWO and the PTB is a strawman argument of your own creation, used commonly on threads by people who want to pretend they are the only ones who have a clue.

While there are some who think our entire planet is controlled by some small united group, I think they are a minority. However, there are plenty of signs that there is a great deal of collusion.

Do we currently have the largest middle class ever? or has the middle class been shrinking over the last 25 years, as the robber barons of Wallstreet have regained control?

economistsview.typepad.com...

If the trends over the last 25 years continue, as is likely, when the economy finally starts to recover and create new jobs, many of those who lost jobs during the downturn will find that the jobs available to them are not as attractive as the jobs they left

While we might have the largest middle class population now than ever, most of the world still lives under poverty and oppression.

How much money did the U.S. government lend the finance industry, $1.5Trillion or something like that, and you don't think people should be alarmed?

It has already been shown that it doesn't take that much money to leverage the market and manipulate its numbers, there are wealthy groups out there capable of doing just that. You don't think they won't when they can? As long as they hold the baby boomer's retirement funding as hostage to their demands, these people will be able to continue to extort money from the U.S. government.

No, third world dictators are not in charge, no body implied that they are, it's just another strawman argument that you have created. Most third world dictators are just trying to hang on to their slice of the pie, which means most are willing to dance when requested to do so by the real PTB, which are the International Corporations.

These IC's are the ones putting the squeeze on the U.S. middle class, and they would like to do the same thing to Europe as well.

Stephanie R. Pasco, by beginning her argument thusly:

"I pray the guidance of the Lord God Almighty will be with me in this pursuit to warn others of this dark plot against humanity...

The depopulation agenda is based on nature worship, or Gaia worship. In Genesis, God clearly told Adam and Eve, and then Noah and his family to go forth and multiply to fill the earth. Nowhere in the Bible does God rescind that clearly spoken commandment. Therefore man is attempting to supercede the command of the Lord God in heaven: The Creator! I ask you, who knows more about the state of the earth, the created, or the Creator?",

has abrogated any right to be taken seriously whatsoever. As a religious zealot, we should not be surprised that she goes on to attempt to conflate eugenics, population control & deliberate depopulation, in the usual fashion of the religious, attempting to prey on the credulity of the uninformed. Ofcourse, we here know that they're different: the 1st, poor science; the 2nd, the natural result of a wealthy society & possibly prudent; the 3rd, the potential for inhumane actions that is what we are concerned about.
Unsurprisingly, she then brings up both communism & socialism, neither of which have anything to do with the subject of depopulation. In fact, those references are there merely to add further "boogyman" factor for US readers, which we can be sure of by her paucity of commentary. Its the same tactic as a preacher's "the work of satan".
We see further evidence of this audience targeting with so much reference to the USA, often playing to the fears of Americans about the UN. Strange really, since the subject is Global Population & the USA comprises less than 5% of people on earth.
She recaps the religious rhetoric near the end also, actually offering nothing else as refutation.
Sad & counter productive, since her blather just muddies an important debate.

of course they will not get rid of us, that would be dumb because the entire system would collapse. Just enough of us that they will have resources to spread to later.

The US middle class is now useless to TPTB, they will finish sucking us dry, take our last resource, our land and leave us to starve. American Grain/food reserves have already been emptied and the regulations for replenishing them abolished.

By the words "us" I am assuming you mean the USA Middle Class that Maurice Strong vilifies. By TPTB, I mean the multinational corporate/banking cartels that are running things. For example the IPC: International Policy Council on Agriculture, Food and Trade who were behind the World Trade Organizations Agreement on Ag. Link I have nineteen pages of references tracing the back room manipulation for monopoly control of food and farmland. As I said the plummet in land prices, the depression combined with monosopy and the new Food Safety Bills will oust American farmers off the land. In Portugal they have already removed 60% of the independent farmers and the EU chair announced plans to remove a Million Polish farmers from the valuable farmland that is need to grow luxury products for the emerging Chinese middle class.

TPTB want to fleece us and they do not want us to know that is what they are doing. As I said they have just about sucked the USA dry, except for confiscating our land. Since the World Trade Organization was ratified in 1995, they have transfered ownership of corporations and manufacturing plants out of the USA. As workers we are now useless to them since American education has gone down the tubes.

"For 10 years, William Schmidt, a statistics professor at Michigan State University, has looked at how U.S. students stack up against students in other countries in math and science. "In fourth-grade, we start out pretty well, near the top of the distribution among countries; by eighth-grade, we're around average, and by 12th-grade, we're at the bottom of the heap, outperforming only two countries, Cyprus and South Africa."
:Source

Is it any wonder Corporations now import workers from other countries?

... Surveys of corporations consistently find that businesses are focused outside • the U.S. to recruit necessary talent. In a 2002 survey, 16 global corporations complained that American schools did not produce students with global skills. United States companies agreed. The survey found that 30 percent of large U.S. companies “believed they had failed to exploit fully their international business opportunities due to insufficient personnel with international skills.” One respondent to the survey even noted, “If I wanted to recruit people who are both technically skilled and culturally aware, I wouldn’t even waste time looking for them on U.S. college campuses.”

...the U.S. ranks 21st out of 29 Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries in mathematics scores, with nearly one-quarter of students unable to solve the easiest level of questions....In 2000, 28 percent of all freshmen entering a degree-granting institution required remedial coursework
:Junk Food Diet

TPTB used US consumerism to jump start China into the industrial revolution. China is now like the USA was at the beginning of the twentieth century. Sweat shops with poor working conditions and few laws on worker safety wages and pollution. China also has a HUGE population ready to start middle class consumerism

Increasing prosperity among the Chinese populace is creating a new market for Western retailers who previously envisioned China solely as a supplier of goods. The burgeoning Chinese middle class also creates opportunities for Western financial services providers and insurance companies, automobile manufacturers, and affordable luxury goods producers, such as cosmetics companies

As more Chinese households have disposable income in excess of their basic necessities, a substantial share will likely be spent on food, apparel, household products, and personal products. These four categories could grow 3x from a market of 1.9 trillion renminbi ($232 billion) in 2006 to a market size of 7.7 trillion renminbi in 2025.

Educational Investment
The intense competition for relatively scarce slots at leading schools already results in intense pressure on children
and young adults to invest their energy into education. Under the one-child policy, the aspirations of two parents and four grandparents are all pinned on one student. As per capita household income rises, it is likely that a disproportionate share of income will be spent on additional education. The rising salaries that accompany advanced education will reinforce this trend.

* Just as Japan boasts an entire industry of “cram schools” for college aspirants and India features scores of for-profit computer programming schools, China will be a fertile market for education businesses
Wikinvest

If you were a multinational corporation where would you be looking, the highly regulated USA with its pampered badly educated spoiled brats or China with its hard working, intelligent, ready to be exploited workers? From the sounds of this last article I think the transfer will be complete by 2030 and China will be the new economic power house. That is why Maurice Strongis now based in China as a Busness Consultant

Hey, don't call me or anyone else a bonehead, its G&& D&&& Rude. I did respond to Your first post by the way. No I did not hit reply to your screen name, but the next comment from me was applied to Frito, and You.

I'd go back, and click the link provided, and see 4 US Presidents talking about set groups of control, and 1 out of the four GHW bush talking about his NWO.

I cannot speak for others in here as it would be out of place, but I usually am fairly consistent in what I say.

I am consistent, but I am no lawyer either, that being said, I cannot address the entire fricking World of what I think in a short enough post to keep most Peoples attention span.

In fact I just wrote another thread which no one seemed interested in, but it was talking about subversion in many circles of communications. I was stressing only take what You believe through Your Heart, and Intuition.

While posts like yours go unnoticed by the same knuckleheads that shout and yell we are all going to die because of some exubberant (religious) conspiracy theorist, I can assure you those of us who are interested in the truth and are not interested in the dispersion of propogandized conspiracies are paying attention.

I find the broad levels of intelligence displayed here on this website both inspiring and disheartening at times. Thanks for being an inspiration...

Never called you any of those. I was generalizing the majority of posters who enter these doomsday threads (which this one really isnt such a "doomsday" style thread, but it sort of turned into one..) and spark off about the latest NWO nonsense they heard from peole like Alex Jones and others.

You want to include yourself in that mix...feel free...or maybe sensitivity is an issue here?

You come off as a sixteen year old who just got a B in history.

Thats fine. Your welcome to your opinion. But I find it odd that someone like yourself with such a high intelligence level and indepth knowledge of all things NWO, conspiracy or world history would choose to engage a 16 year old with a B in history... Very odd indeed...

It seems to me that you agree with what I said in the post that started your rant. What I stated in that post.

Here you say we have similar arguments...OK, in your first post, there was some relevance there...

So let me get this straight... We agree on different aspects of our respective arguments, but then my arguments are "strawman"...??

Your argument against those who talk about an NWO and the PTB is a strawman argument of your own creation, used commonly on threads by people who want to pretend they are the only ones who have a clue.

What does that make of your arguments?

While there are some who think our entire planet is controlled by some small united group, I think they are a minority.

Well, I suggest you go back three pages and look at each poster who expresses there absolute belief in such a group if you think there are so few them... Not only is this belief prevalent in this thread, all you have to do is google NWO and see all the thousands upon thousands of web pages and ATS threads all these people create. they are the same ones who wish to spread the words of people like Alex Jones and his inane NWO rhetoric all over the place...

I recognize most of it is done with a good intentioned heart. Many of them are truly scared and believe with all their little heart these vampire ghosts will someday slaughter us by the millions and drink our blood. Therefore, they feel the need to try to warn the rest of the ignorant sheep (in their mind) about the events unfolding in front of our eyes that will lead us directly into impending doom and the depths of hell (in some cases the religious zealots will mean this literally). these poeple are the ones I take issue with. not because they are bad people or stupid. But because they are easily dooped an dbecome foolhardy in their ways.

Its funny because most of these same people will throw religion around as some mind controlling conspiracy and talk about peoples beliefs like it is dirt under their feet. But when it comes down to someone challenging their own beliefs (about the NWO or the rothschilds or whatever conclusion they have com eto) you better watch out, becasue the sh** storm is about to hit home! God forbid you tell some of them they may have been mislead...Oooooh boy...Ya...Im the ignorant one...

When someone like myself try to intervene with a little logic or historical relevance I get lambasted and told that I am ignorant and will die with the rest of 'them' and also get called a "sheep" or whatever the newest term that has been coined by their propogandist lords.

You got lumped into those I had been arguing with for the last two pages. Maybe I was hasty. But telling me to open my eyes was in appropriate.

However, there are plenty of signs that there is a great deal of collusion.

Indeed. I havent denied anything you have said. There is a great deal of collusion amongst the rich and powerful, but that doesnt mean they all sit around a table plotting the demise of the entire earths population.

Go back and look what this thread was about to become...the next invasion of reptiliians...for crying out loud...

Thanx, 1 does what 1 can etc...
I was a bit concerned about posting really, as the OP is about ownership of stocks, not depopulation, but I felt that as OT as it was, that infowars article could not go unchallenged. Was it you that mentioned that many of the quotes it contains are without the context of their supporting arguments? I was going to get into that but would have run out of characters. I mention it in relation to my point about the conflation of population control & depopulation. It seems obvious to me that there is a finite number of people that a country can support, based primarily on the availability of water vs sanitation & then how much food can be grown &/or imported. More people than the infrastructure can support & people will suffer. Indeed, we see this in many poor countries.
Many of the quotes passingly refer to this as evidence for the need for birth control. The inhumane alternatives are by way of context, not proposals, simply put 'if not good sense, then what, barbarism?' But from that article, readers wouldn't necessarily know that, unless they looked into the sources.
To come back towards the topic, China is often cited as a bugbear in this debate as they have instituted quite aggressive population control. What people seem to forget is that its not long ago that there was endemic famine in China. Look @ the place now. Going from economic strength to strength. Did the owners of stock in Chinese industry bring about a mass depop? A quarter of the world's population would seem to suggest otherwise.
