Lovely stories, the Eddas are one of the many reasons I want to jet off to Iceland for a bit, get all 'nordey'!

TBH, I just want to meditate on top of a glacier, barechested, just listen to it, and be, y'know...

back for a sec...

not sure about that

but I do know - a pair raises their young - then those young ones stay "at home" their second year - to help raise their younger sibs

cool - right?

Darling, it's 11:30 on a Friday night ...

We're never going to find you a beau if you keep hanging out in here.

Am I going to have to come to the UK just to get you out of the house?

not quite the right word
I probalby make art more complicated than it needs to be :-)
it drives me crazy is all - I paint - also graphic designer - but paint is where it's at for me
I know I must love it because of how much I hate it

Yeah I think understand that mind set lol
I had a girlfriend that stood over a sandwich board sign for 2 days
just to hand paint "For Rent" and a phone number on both sides.
It can be quite painstaking at times.

....was just there a bit ago - Paco De Lucia got me hooked this morning - I only posted just the one I think - not like he doesn't have more
the man is amazing - I was lucky enough to see him play live once
what you don't get from youtube is the feeling of sound - he is amazing

Yeah I just came back from the thread, posted some live vids.
Paco is one of my favorites. John Williams,Sergovia,Fernando Sor.
I go here alot
guitar site
Main Page
I'll leave Paco for you being you got to see him live.
I'm going to try and theme up my posts in your thread.
Might even do a shredding post for the true guitarist fans.

is everywhere - feels like a conspiracy set up for people with limited focus and obsessive tendencies
which means - essentially - I'm screwed - I get caught up in it - and before you know it - another day down

So true lol my local market has live music for a few hours on the weekends, mostly jazz. It has A wine bar, A chef and everthing else. Ah urban living.
I'm like waddling distance from everything to Theater,Music and Art of all kinds. I can spend my whole day totally immersed in anything artist if I want by stepping out the door and walking a block or two. Busker's abound.

lol I see you got involved in the pandemonium and chaos.

~looks around... notices all the empty wine and rum bottles scattered amongst the parchments with random bits of poetry scrawled upon them~

So whats your favorite medium oils,Watercolors,Acrylics,Canvas ?
Any favorite painters that influence you ?

greetins Ms mirabilis

Now the point to the thread is for peeps to come on here and have some random fun

List what turns them on in a partner and see if they hit it off with anyone with similar interests.
Or just let their hair down and maybe make new friends.
Plus you get to know a bit about peoples personalities as well-----

I'm not craaaaaaaaazy honestly

And if romance blossoms for anyone as a result---Happy Days.
You know yourself it's great fun and its good to unwind and have a good laugh.
I think that's why its been such a success.

I mean how many threads are out there where you can mix talk on liver and broccoli, coffee addiction, monkeys, crows, Mozart, poetry, music, very strange dog pics, and the rest !!!

Oh and not forgetting disturbed angels, puppy dog eaters, large breasted women and Paris Hilton !!!!

I rest my case

x
