UAE Seizes Ship Carrying `Basic' N Korean Arms Bound For Iran

I smell something wrong here...

Iran can get weapons from Russia, why is North Korea going through the trouble of sending weapons to Iran?

Could Nuclear material have been sent and they are not telling?

Its a strong possibility, they are both under threat from the US, who is obviuosly much stronger than both of them. It wouldnt be hard to belive.
