I think I would have ta go with the G36C, I luv small sized, folding stock SMG's Could be that or I've been using the G36C too much on Rainbow six 3, hehe

That AK-103 is so yummy! add a GP-30 and it's ready ta go. I have that image saved on me pc. Is their any really big difference from the 101? I often see 'em together. -- jus like the compact : ~102, 104, & 105's~ Anyways, I both like 'em a lot. I'm Kalashnikov Krazy, hehe

SinfulCurves, the 101 fires 5.56 and the 103 fires 7.62x39...but a barrel swap will change that into a 7.62x54. As far as altering the block and pin goes, I'm not sure

Barrel changing in the field is bull#. You're going to carry an extra barrell, receiver, different mags, and ammo so you can change from thing to thing.

Thanks Koz, I'll remember that...I was just never sure if it was necessary when changing from x39 to x54 7.62...anyone I consider myself having learned something from you esteemed scholar!

So then the AK-103 would, is prolly stronger than the 101? But I also remember reading that the AK-101 was ta replace the already powerful AK-74M. Then again it depends on the ammo that's being fired, right? And both can be replaced with either ~5.56~, or ~7.62~. Ugh, kinda gettin lost here, hehehe.

If I remember correctly, and I could be wrong, the 74M is also 5.56...and I'm not sure about the barrel swap on it either...I'll have to check on that, because I'm don't know if the receiver is as modular as the 103

Soo pretty much the ~7.62mm~ in the AK-103 = more deadly than the AK-101 chambered in ~5.56mm~?

gotta luv the ~AKSU~, also why I luv the ~AK-105~ -- a more compact ~AK-74M~ but shares characteristics to the ~AKSU~, but like the design 'n stuff -- still has that ~AK-74M~ look. It's two in one!
