well this is about funding so looking at it head on is sort of like the truth of the matter and they printed it, I didnt. and its right there...
its has little to do with justice at least what I sped read through sort of like overlooked me the citizen other than as source of revenue.

Florida has one of the most draconian judicial systems around.

Most people that have dealt with the Florida judicial system know that it's nothing more then a money making racket. Once in awhile they produce real justice by putting a murderer away (or other high profile case), this allows them to keep up the charade and the average citizen thinks everything is running smoothly.

It's not about the citizen it's about everyone that makes a living from the judicial system (police, attorneys, judges, court workers, etc.) keeping the industry going and there pockets fat.

Your link reinforces what is already known by a few. The average citizen is completely clueless regarding the corruption until they are unlucky enough to get caught in the spiderweb.
