I just came across this website by accident and was so intrigued with the data showing! Lot of data/graph pretty much showing what the government spends money on, I don't think this covers all the black budget spending. Just an overall prespective on what USA is becoming...

5 RAYTHEON COMPANY= specializing in defense, homeland security and other government markets

Military and Aerospace! Well I can make a few things out of this, for all my conspiracy theorists, as we've been told by many others before we are or going to be having a war in space or already involved in one, either attacking other beings or each other using UFO technology. For all my skeptic friends, this adds up to preparing for a major war involving advanced planes and weapons.

If you look at the chart below, you'll notice how the government has grown so much in privatizing just over last five years. Privatization keeps the secrets, more secrets (secrets are never good) and as a contractor you're NOT liable for your action, since it alleviates legalities involving human right. Basically as a contractor you are owned by whom that pays your bills, since they will take liability for your action (classic military approach).

Bush put money into troops.. security.
No more technology.. there is no more to use, only to hide.

ED: If technology money is drying up, it is no longer needed.
And an even fewer people know the hidden technology that
was supporting wasted projects that funneled funds for black
projects.
