Did anyone else hear about this? The ACLU illegally showing CIA photos to detainees?

www.washingtonpost.com...

The Justice Department recently questioned military defense attorneys at Guantanamo Bay about whether photographs of CIA personnel, including covert officers, were unlawfully provided to detainees charged with organizing the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, according to sources familiar with the investigation.

So, the ACLU has now outed several actual CIA agents illegal and there is no news coverage of it? The only place I saw anything about it was CBS, who reported:

Tonight there are new allegations of torture by the CIA. Newsweek magazine is reporting that a secret 2004 report reveals that interrogators used mock executions to intimidate prisoners."

At no time did they ever mention this issue with the ACLU.

I heard something about that on the radio yesterday. If it is true, that has to be one of the stupidest things ever. Really, show the prisioners the pictures of CIA personnel. If there was a crime commited by an agent then the victim should be able to describe the officer well enough.
