National Health Care is Against the Constitution, it's THAT simple.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This is the main reason I am against National Health Care. Not the only reason but the main one.

I hold the Constitution in the highest esteem and am tired of seeing it trampled on.

It is a one sentence statement that is very clear! Health Care is not delegated to the government. It is delegated to the States and The People.

Stop trampling on our Constitution!

Congress has the power to tax and spend for the general welfare under the US Constitution. It also has the power to regulate interstate commerce. These two clauses of the Constitution give Congress plenty of authority to not only regulate the healthcare industry, but create a national healthcare system and levy taxes to pay for it.
