These are balloons tethered together you can see their joined why the fuss.
The main Balloon is letting smaller balloons out and they go up wow.

It's confirmed cgi... has been for a long time.

Weirdest vid i've ever seen of a UFO.
Especially because it 'looks' so real.
Could be CGI tho. But then again, what can we believe anyway.
